These songs were created around 2008/09. Most of them were still recorded with my digital 8-track / Casio keyboard setup, but I was slowly moving toward computer-based recording using programs like Garageband (see "Recurring Dream" and "A Child's Dream"). This was sort of my "Smile" album in that I never really finished it. However, it represents an era in my songwriting that now seems pretty cohesive.

Written and performed by Matt Nielsen.

Kyle Nielsen played electric guitar and other noises on "Ceilings," and recorded and mixed "The Unknown" at SCC Studios.
